Scorecards, ready for your school board meeting each month, allow you and your board to make decisions based on the most recent data.  We provide monthly scorecards to visualize your general fund, transportation fund, and attendance.  We also provide a host of other scorecards at various times throughout the year: enrollment prediction, teacher experience analysis, OPI GEMS endorsement reports, yearly comparisons of your teacher/superintendent salaries, and many more.

The single best way to get information on the culture and attitudes of your school is to simply ask.  Milligan School Data offers three surveys per year (teacher, student, parent) to gather this information.  We present that back to you with a host of reports, comparative data, and yearly trends that allow you to see issues as they arise, and visualize the effects of the changes you implement.

Also, let us collect the data for your superintendent evaluation and present it back to your board.  Having a third-party manage your evaluation ensures confidentiality and encourages more honest feedback from stakeholders.
